Our approaches typically involves a synthesis of:

Our CEO, Larry Reising, has the following qualifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • ISO 9001 Architect and Lead Auditor
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in conducting and facilitating root cause analysis
  • Over29 years experience in the aerospace industry.
  • 10 years experience training and consulting in many industries such as healthcare, nuclear, marine and space.
