World Interplay, LLC was founded by Larry Reising, a 20 year veteran of the Aerospace industry. Inspired by a serendipitous series of events and assignments, starting 1999 when he took the Apollo Root Cause Analysis course, Mr. Reising has gained a rare perspective on the causes of organizational function (and dysfunction). This perspective has manifested itself in a calling to convey this knowledge to others.

Mr. Reising's experience in the aerospace industry has also given him a background in:

Design, analysis, testing and troubleshooting of complex systems
Accident/incident investigation and resolution
Program and Project Management
Auditing of aerospace manufacture's production and quality systems
Designing, deploying, auditing and registering ISO 9001 compliant Quality Management Systems
System Safety, including Organizational Accident theories
Training, including the development of training materials & videos.

Mr. Reising has passed the examination for an ISO 9001 certified lead auditor.

Mr. Reising has completed training for Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has passed his exam. He is currently completing his Certification Project.

As mentioned above, in 1999, Mr. Reising completed his first course in Apollo Root Cause Analysis, which effectively “re-wired” this thinking, and put his career on a new trajectory. He continued using and studying the Apollo methods, and came to realize that it’s part of a larger, interconnected set of concepts and theories, that, when understood, provides a valuable perspective on organizational operation.

Mr. Reising is currently employed by a Federal agency of the U.S. Government, and runs World Interplay, LLC as a personal venture. There is no official or implied endorsement of World Interplay, LLC by the Federal Government.
