Our core class, Diagnosing Unwanted Outcomes™ provides robust methods and tools that you can learn in one day. The course provides a more advanced approach than conventional root cause analysis and 5 whys. Diagnosing Unwanted Outcomes is based on proven methods and tools from the nuclear and aerospace industries, and can be applied in almost any industry.
No Special Software Needed
Based on requests from our clients, we designed the Diagnosing Unwanted Outcomes™ methodology to leverage built-in features within Microsoft Office™ products. You can also use other similar off the shelf products. This means you won't need to beg your IT department to perform security scans, approve and purchase software, perform installations, manage licenses, and perform reinstallations.
Consulting
We provide expert consulting services in Diagnosing Unwanted Outcomes™, root cause analysis, ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma , procedural document design and flowcharting. We can provide both in-person or remote consulting services using web-based collaborate tools.
Outreach for High Schools and Colleges
We offer seminars and workshops for high school STEM related programs and college organizations such as engineering clubs. Primarily offered in the Seattle area, this is a service we provide to help inspire tomorrow's generation of critical thinkers and problem solvers. Contact us for details.
